Do you that arts/sports programs should be the first to go when school budgets are cut?

I believe that they should cut the programs that are not very important and things that no one really goes to.

    What kind of programs do you feel are not important?? Should classroom sizes be smaller? Should new technology be put into the classroom, should more and new teachers be hired? What kind of things do you wish thtat our tax money went to?
